Privacy policy

OMNIA GROUP is not a registered entity, so the group cannot be the data controller. The controller is always one of the three companies: OMNIA MEDIA, s.r.o. (company ID 24193267), OMNIA PRODUCTION, s.r.o. (company ID 26510880). All are registered at Nová 276, Netvořice, 257 44.

An inquiry sent from this website is received into the mailbox of OMNIA MEDIA, s.r.o.. If the inquiry concerns another company in the group, it is passed to that company — which then becomes the controller, under the same terms described below.

For any privacy matter contact us at [email protected] or by phone at +420 731 127 110. You do not need to work out which company to write to.

From the inquiry form we process your name, email, and optionally phone, company name, indicative budget and the text of your message. The purpose is to handle your inquiry and reply to you.

The legal basis is pre-contractual steps taken at your request under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Without this data we cannot reply to you.

Inquiry data is retained for the duration of the discussion and then for three years in case of follow-up. After that it is deleted.

Form submission is technically handled by Web3Forms, which delivers the message to our email address. The operator of that service acts as a processor.

Within the group an inquiry is passed between companies only when it concerns their discipline — and only to the extent needed to handle it.

We do not pass data to third parties for marketing purposes and we do not sell it.

This website uses no analytics or advertising cookies and does not track visitors across sites. Fonts and scripts are hosted on our own domain, so browsing establishes no connection to third-party servers.

You have the right of access to your data, to rectification or erasure, to restriction of processing, to data portability, and the right to object to processing.

Exercise them at [email protected]. We respond within one month at the latest. If your data sits with more than one company in the group, we handle it for all of them at once.

If you believe our processing breaches the law, you may lodge a complaint with the Czech Data Protection Authority, Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7.
